Purpose: Allow user to filter the list of POLs by "Linked package".

User story statement(s):

Could we have a filter for "Package Names" that would give us a drop down menu of our packages?  And in turn, when we select a package, we would get a results list showing all of the POLs linked to the selected packages?

We have many packages, ranging from small (6 titles) to large (200 or more titles).  Having a list of the orders linked to the packages would make package workflows of removing/adding titles much more efficient. 

Scenarios:

1. Add filters to filter area:

   • Given user is in POL tab pf order app

   • When using filters

   • Then user has the option to filter by Linked package POL number

2. Search through lookup package POL:

   • Given user is searching purchase order lines

   • When user Clicks Linked package lookup

   • Then plugin appears where they can search AND select a POL number

3. Apply POL:

   • Given user Clicks linked package filter

   • When user selects a package POL

   • Then system filters all POLs by selected UUID
