Purpose: In a consortium environment, authority control may be managed centrally and shared to member libraries. These authority records need to be discoverable by member libraries and available for linking.
Requirements:
Ability to link headings in Shared MARC bib records to Shared MARC authority records with permissions in the central tenant
When user selects to link from quickMARC, the plugin should ONLY contain shared MARC authority records; hide Shared facet
Scenarios:
Scenario:
Given the tenant is in a consortium environment and the user has permissions to link MARC authority records in the central tenant
When the user is editing a Shared MARC bibliographic record and selects the link icon
Then the user should be able to link an Authority heading to that MARC bib field
