full=false not passed

Description

On Thor as of today, I don't see full=false being passed when showing reports..

But it's strange as this ought to be implemented in UIPER-65.

I'd think the rendering of usage would be faster if full=false is passed for such a heavy agreement as Cambridge Test Agreement.

https://thor.ci.folio.org/settings/about is now reporting @folio/plugin-eusage-reports 2.2.3000190. Do you still see this problem?
