Link from "Matched" resources to eresource in Agreements KB does not work

Description

Overview:

Following changes to the layout of the Agreements KB views, the links from the list of "Matched" resources to the resource in the local KB does not work. The link will need to be updated to use the new path to the resource view

The current link generated is of the form:

`/erm/eresources/<title UUID>`

the new form that should be used is

`/erm/titles/<title UUID>`

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In eUsage, view a matching summary and view the list of matched titles

  2. Click one of the links to a matched resource in the Agreements KB

Expected Results:

View the resource in Agreements

Actual Results:

Blank page displayed in Agreements

Impact: Navigating from matching editor to matched title in Agreements app is not possible. Affected Institutions: All institutions using the eusage-reports plugin. Workaround: Navigate manually. Impacted areas: Matching report titles against erm titles. Fix & effort: Link URL needs to be updated. Low risk and effort. Testing: Successfully tested on snapshot environments. Rollback: Revert to previous version.

tbf it's not great that the old link no longer works and we could have probably found a way around this in Agreements UI and it may be worth us investigating whether we can re-instigate support for the old link, but using the new link here is also worth doing

I may be misunderstanding the issue but I don't think there is any backwards incompatible change to the WSAPI. The UI in Agreements has been re-organized but the underlying WSAPI has not (at least - nothing has been removed from the WSAPI, just new things added). does this sound right to you?

I don't believe so - this is just the link to the Agreements UI and not about the plugin at all
