Bursar exports option missing from Tenant settings

Description

Overview:

The Bursar exports option that should be a part of the Tenant settings is missing.  Tested with admin user with all privileges assigned.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1.  Navigate to Settings > Tenant 

Expected Results: 

Under General the Bursar exports option is displayed.
Actual Results:

The Bursar exports option is missing:

Hi ,
It's not a bug, but expected behavior as under  Bursar export was renamed to Transfer criteria and moved to Settings>User
