Assign a newly created interface to an Organization record

Note: this pattern is used for contacts as well but this would be handled in a separate issue.

Acceptance criteria:
Given user is editing org
When creating new interface and clicking save
Then interface is assigned to organization user was editing
AND user lands back on edit organization screen

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user has created a new interface from the Organization edit screen
When saving that Organization
AND dismissing the create form
Then user lands on the organization record
AND the newly created interface has been assigned to that record

Step to repro

1. Go to https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com

2. Edit an Organization record

3. Click Add an interface

4. Click New

5. Create a new one

6. Return to the Organization record

Actual Outcome: The interface is not assigned to the Organization

Expected Outcome: Upon toast notification stating that the interface has been created; it is expected that the user would see the interface details in the context of the organization OR at least on the Organization record have the interface listed under the Interface accordion.
