Add "Name" field on contact information

Purpose
We need to store the first line of the address (the name) since it is usually more specific or slightly different than the organization name we store in FOLIO and isn't necessarily the same for shipments vs. payment vs. claims.

User Story

As an acquisitions librarian,
I need to specify a name an organization's contact information
so when I send a message to an organization via mail, I know who to address the message to

Scenarios 

Creating an Address

  • Given a user navigates to an Organization

    • and edits the Organization

  • When they add an address to "Contact Information"

  • Then there is a field to enter "Name"

Viewing Contact Information

  • Given a user navigates to an Organization

    • and contact information has been created

    • and Addresses have been created

    • and the Address has an "attention To" value

  • When the user views a Contact information

  • Then "Name" will appear in the contact information
