Can not delete integration from organization

Description

Overview: Can not delete integration from organization in bugfest-lotus. Seems to be a permission issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

  2. Click organization app

  3. Select the following organization DK AGENCIES LTD (https://bugfest-lotus.int.aws.folio.org/organizations/view/260395fa-6adc-3d6d-a713-dc0016db33c6?limit=50&offset=0&query=DK%20AGENCIES%20LTD)

  4. Open integration details accordion

  5. click integration "test"

  6. Click delete in action menu

Expected Results: Integration is deleted successfully

Actual Results: Integration can not be deleted message is shown. Underlying error is permission related.
