Focus details pane after user clicks on org in the search results

Description

Overview: Upon activation of a record from the search results, a new pane opens visually, however, focus is pushed back to the top of the FOLIO page.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as any user

  2. Click on Organization module

  3. enter some filters to see some search results

  4. click on the org in the search results

  5. org details pane is displayed
    Expected Results: focus is expected on details pane.
    Actual Results: focus in the search field
