Focus details pane after user redirected from organization form

Overview: After saving an organziation, a new screen appears with 3 panes (search and filter, organziations, organization just created). Screen reader focus is placed into the search field of the search and filter pane, and there's no indication that the other two panes are open and available. Is this the intended action after creation of an organziation?
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as any user

2. Click on Organization module

3. go to the Create/Edit Organization

4. enter some info and save the results (click Save button)

5. user is redirected to the Org list and edited/created org details pane is displayed
   Expected Results: focus is expected on details pane.
   Actual Results: focus in the search field
