End of list displays for search results before all records are loaded

Description

Overview: When clicking load more user can only go so far down the list of results before "End of list" is shown. However, there are more records that for some reason will not show in the list

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

  2. Click organization app

  3. Click status filter "Active"

  4. Scroll down and click load more

  5. Repeat until end of list displays

  6. Click "Name" header to reverse sort order

Expected Results: The last record before "End of list" is the first record shown when sort order is reversed

Actual Results: The record shown at end of list is clearly not the last record. End of list appears around the letter M but reversing the sort order shows records starting with Z

it still returns 1k records even if there are more. Maybe upgrading RMB in mod-org-storage was not enough and we should try upgrade RMB in mod-orgs as well?

Records existing in the database are not returned by the back-end. This is data loss.
If this is P4 we won't release a hot-fix for goldenrod.
Upgrading mod-organizations-storage to RMB 30.2.5 will fix this issue (RMB-684).
