Unable to assign an interface to an Organization (again)

Fixed this once in , but it reappeared.

Steps to repro

1. Go to https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com

2. Go to Organization

3. Select an Organization

4. Edit an Organization record

5. click add an Interface

6. click on the checkbox on any interface

Actual Result: it takes several attempts before any checkbox is finally selected

Expected Result: Clicking with mouse OR selecting a checkbox with keyboard should check the box
