Use translations in ui-organization

Description

ui-organization presently specifies (a small number of) translations in its package file, and stripes-core v2.5.0 contains facilities for gathering those. Once stripes-core v2.5.0 is released (see STCOR-50), we need to modified ui-organization to actually use its translations.
