Edit preferences for multiple plugins

Description

At present, the Settings > Organization -> Plugin preferences area is hardwired to only show the preference for one plugin-type (find-user) because if we show two, they interfere with each other. That is due to the n instances of the <PluginType> component sharing the same stripes-connect resource. Once that changes (thanks for STRPCONN-1 or STRPCONN-8) we can fix this.
