Have Location Filters (Campuses, Libraries, Locations) Be Remembered/Save State

Purpose: For consistency with the rest of FOLIO and also for ease of use, it would be good if the selections you made on the Campuses, Libraries and Locations list pages in Settings were saved when you navigate away.

User story:
As a user who has selected an Institution, Campus and Library so I can view all the associated locations
I want to be able to navigate away from the Settings > Tenant > Locations page and have my selections remembered when I return
So I don't have to re-select every time

Scenarios:

1. Scenario

   • Given Institution A is selected in the Institution menu on Settings > Tenant > Campuses

   • When I navigate away from the Campuses page and back again

   • Then Institution A is selected in the Institution menu

2. Scenario

   • Given Institution A and Campus B are selected in the Institution and Campus menus on Settings > Tenant > Libraries

   • When I navigate away from the Libraries page and back again

   • Then Institution A and Campus B should be selected in the Institution and Campus menus

3. Scenario

   • Given Institution A, Campus B and Library C are selected in the Institution, Campus and Library menus on Settings > Tenant > Locations

   • When I navigate away from the Locations page and back again

   • Then Institution A, Campus B and Library C should be selected in the Institution, Campus and Library menus
