Cannot drag to resize panes

Description

Overview: Unable to click and drag to resize panes when searching for orders or order lines

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment testing environment

  2. Click Orders app

  3. Select an order from result list

  4. grab view pane and drag to the left

Expected Results: View pane is resized :check_mark:

Actual Results: Line can be dragged but size remains the same

Tested on folio-snapshot, and all looks fine. and I'll close this as Unable to reproduce now that STCOM-808 seems to have resolved it.

The issue must have been fixed in scope of STCOM-808

 please test it when BugFest env is set up to make sure it is included in main R1 release (then no need to wait for a Bugfix Release)
