Claim filters not working

Description

*Overview:*Claim filters are not working because claim functionality is not implemented.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as any user

  2. Click orders app

  3. Search by POL

  4. Populate the "Claim grace" filter

Expected Results: DO NOT display claim related filters

Actual Results: Claim related filters display but are not functioning properly
