Cannot fill in any of the cost detail fields in Order Templates

Description

Overview: When creating or updating a template, the user cannot fill in any of the Cost detail accordion's fields

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin

  2. Go to Settings/Orders/Order templates

  3. Create a new template or edit an existing template

  4. Scroll down to the Cost details accordion and try to enter information in any of its fields

Expected Results: The user should be able to enter data in any of the fields except estimated price
Reminder to A-M: to set the price/quantity for P/E, must specify the Order format in the template as well.

Actual Results: They can't

to do this you need to specify POL type (El, Ph or Mix)

Hi Tested on folio-testing and folio-snapshot. 3/7 fixed! I can add data to Currency, Discount, and Additional cost, but I still cannot add data to List unit price, Unit price of electronic, Quantity physical, Quantity electronic. Could you doublecheck it?
