Linked agreement lines accordion now seems to always display on the order.
— When the view pane is loaded and there are connected agreement lines found.
Ideally it will only display If there are related agreements.

Overview: Any given POL may be connected to multiple agreement lines. If so, Orders should display those related agreement lines on the POL view pane
Acceptance criteria:
Given the user has selected a POL
When the view pane is loaded and there are connected agreement lines found
Then display the linked agreement lines accordion
