Overview: Templates in Settings are sorted alphabetically, regardless of case. Templates in the "choose template" box when creating an order are sorted alphabetically, but ones that start with upper-case sort before ones that start with lower-case
Steps to Reproduce:
Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
Go to Settings/Orders/Templates
Create a few templates, some whose name begins with a upper case letter, some beginning with a lower case letter. No need to fill in any details except the title.
View the list of templates and note the sort order
Go to the orders app and create a new PO
Click on the Template name field to view the list of available templates and note the sort order
Expected Results: Both lists of templates should be in the same order, alphabetical, interfiled, regardless of whether the first letter is upper-case or lower-case
Actual Results: Interfiled in Settings, but separated by case in Create order screen
