POL check box is not displaying as active in receiving and receiving history

Description

Overview:

  1. logged in user with permission set "administration" tries to receive PO 10036
    Steps:

  2. select the correct PO and POL

  3. click on receive
    Expected behaviour:

  4. can select the title

  5. click on receive

  6. be able to enter barcode and then receive
    Actual behaviour:

  7. selection of title in receiving and selection of piece in receiving history view does not display as "Checked"

  8. When receiving pieces, adding a barcode prevents user from receiving the piece

    1. Note that when the barcode has an even number of digits it seems to work. When they are not even, 1, 3, 5 digits etc it does not work and the "Next' button is deactivated
