Order templates not in alphabetical order

Description

Overview: The order templates display in the order they were created not in alphabetical order

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Attachments from both the Chalmers environment and folio-testing

  2. Log into FOLIO-testing as diku_admin

  3. Go to Settings/Orders/Templates

  4. Create multiple order templates with various names, not in any particular order

  5. View the list of order templates

  6. Go to the Orders app

  7. Start to create a new PO

  8. Click on the order template dropdown to see the list of order templates

Expected Results: The list of templates should be in alphabetical order in Settings and in the Create order screen

Actual Results: They're not

The templates will be in alpha order in the 3.2 release.
