Bill-to Ship-to address not aligned properly

Description

Overview: The bill-to and ship-to addresses should be properly lined up in the template and in the order create/edit and view details screens under their field labels

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Attachments show in Chalmers environment, but I was able to reproduce in folio-testing

  2. Log into FOLIO-testing as diku_admin

  3. Go to Settings/Tenant/Addresses

  4. Create an address with a couple long lines

  5. Go to Settings/Orders/Templates

  6. Create a new template

  7. Assign the address in the Bill-to and Ship-to fields

  8. View the alignment of the addresses and labels in the template

  9. Go to Orders app

  10. Create a new PO and assign the template

  11. View the alignment of the addresses in the create/edit PO screen

  12. View the alignment of the addresses in the PO detail view screen

Expected Results: The addresses should align below the fields should show 0 (which is a valid value). Long address lines should wrap and not crash into the next field.

Actual Results: They are aligned properly in the template, but not in the PO create/edit or the PO detail view

The misaligned addresses in the PO will look much better in the 3.2 release.
