Purpose:
The donor accordion appears above the fund distribution accordion in the POL when creating a new POL. It would be better for the donor accordion to appear below the fund distribution so the user sees any donor linked to a fund on fund entry. If users have linked Funds and donors it would be better for them to see the fund field before thinking about the donor.

so that when reading a POL, I read the fund information before any donor information

Scenarios:

1. Scenario Fund distribution is above donor when creating a POL :

   • Given there is an order

   • When a purchase line is created for the order

   • Then the fund distribution accordion will be above Donor

2. Scenario Fund distribution is above accordion :

   • Given there is a POL

   • When a user views the POL

   • Then Fund distribution accordion will be above the Donor accordion
