Purpose:
A faculty staff or student may request the purchase of an item. It is possible that this person is not ordering the item for themselves, but it is required that they be notified that the item has arrived and is in processing. Adding the ability to specify an email address for the requestor so that the requestor can be notified when an item is received will be sent an email notification will save library staff a step and reduce the chance of error.
