Unable to select account number

Description

Overview: Unable to select account number when creating POL
**

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

  2. Select order app

  3. Create order for organization with account numbers

  4. Create POL

  5. navigate to account number field in Vendor accordion

  6. select input

Expected Results: Input is a select list with all accounts found on user record
**

Actual Results: Input is a text filed
**

Write the account number into the field by hand.
