Address lookup not working in Invoices

Description

Overview: The user cannot access the tenant addresses when creating a new invoice

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin

  2. Go to Settings/Tenant/Addresses and make sure at least one address exists

  3. Go to Invoices

  4. Create a new invoice

  5. Click the Bill-to name field

Expected Results: A dropdown list should open to show all of the Tenant addresses, so that the user can select one of them

Actual Results: I can click it, but no addresses show. If you'd like to see it working properly, go to Orders, create a new order, and click on the Bill-to or Ship-to field.
