Description:

Allow users to see additional field data in the invoice search results pane.

Use case:

As an acquisitions librarian,

I want to see exchange values for foreign invoices

So that I can more easily manage approval and payment of foreign currency invoices

Scenario:

1. Display Total (Exchanged) in invoice line table on Invoice view

   • Given user has selected an invoice record

   • When invoice view is displayed and Invoice lines accordion is expanded

   • Then a column is shown labeled “Total (Exchanged)”

   • AND the Total amount converted to system currency for each invoice line is displayed

2. Display “Release encumbrance” value in invoice line table on Invoice view

   • Given user has selected an invoice record

   • When invoice view is displayed and Invoice lines accordion is expanded

   • Then a column is shown labeled “Release encumbrance”

   • AND a checkbox or uncheck box is displayed for each invoice line

3. Display Total (Exchanged) in invoice line table on Invoice view

   • Given user has selected an invoice line record

   • When invoice line view is displayed

   • Then a key value pair labeled “Total (Exchanged)” is displayed

   • AND the Total amount converted to system currency for the invoice line is displayed
