Overview: Not able to filter with tags that are entirely made of special characters.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

  2. Go to the Invoices app. Make sure some new Invoices exist that have tags assigned to them.

  3. Find the Tags filter in the list of filters in the left pane

  4. Select one or more tags from the list in the Tags filter

  5. Select at least one tag that is entirely special charaters

Expected Results: Results list of Invoices will only show ones that have the selected tags applied to them.

Actual Results: Filtering with a tag that is only made up of special characters does not return results.

Potential Workaround

Use a tag with at least one alpha numeric character in it.

Please note that scenario when tag contains only "?" will return all tags contains only one character (not only "?") because of platform work specific.
