Overview: Invoice date filters are off set by timezone somehow. Filtering by a certain day shows invoices from a different day

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into bugfest.honeysuckle

  2. Click this URL https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/invoice/view/b2bedc6b-761d-4d8b-b6e3-70d8fc8a9ded?metadata.createdDate=2020-10-28%3A2020-10-29

Expected Results: If filtering by date, the month and day in the filter selection always match that of the records in the result list

Actual Results: Potentially due to the timezone some invoices from different days display in the search results.

Deployed to testing, Created at and approval date filters work by datetime range. Invoice date and Payment due filters work as before, by date range

agree, it looks like filter works right for datetime fields, like create at, updated at. For particular date it's better to return previous behavior.

This potentially made things worse. Now I filter for nov 5 and see invoice for November 6? I think we can revert these changes and wait for a folio wide fix/solution to this issue. If that is ok with you we can remove this from the sprint as it should not be a problem to include this in release notes as a known issue for now.
