Save button remains enabled despite validation errors on My profile form

Description

Overview:
When the values entered fail the validation the Save button should remain disabled but any change to the textboxe makes it active, even though the data cannot be saved
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as diku_admin

  2. Navigate to Settings ->My profile -> Change password

  3. Type one character in New FOLIO password textbox

Expected Results:
Save button remains disabled until all fields and all fields are populated with valid entries

The story was verified on Snapshot env:
1. Select "Change Password" option => Type a single character into the "New FOLIO password" field and move focus to the "Confirm FOLIO password" field
==>> "Save" button is inactive


2. In the "Confirm FOLIO password" input field start typing symbols differ from entered to the "New FOLIO password" field ==>> "Save" button is inactive


3. Fill in "Current FOLIO password" field with valid current User's password, leave other fields empty ==>> "Save" button is inactive


4. Fill in "Current FOLIO password" field with valid current User's password => Fill in the "New FOLIO password" field with valid new password, leave "Confirm FOLIO password" field empty ==>> "Save" button is inactive


5. Fill in "Current FOLIO password" field with valid current User's password => Fill in the "New FOLIO password" field with valid new password => Fill in the "Confirm FOLIO password" field invalid password ==>> "Save" button is inactive


6. Fill in "Current FOLIO password" field with valid current User's password => Fill in the "New FOLIO password" field with valid new password => Fill in the "Confirm FOLIO password" field with repeated valid new password ==>> "Save" button becomes active


7. Fill in the "New FOLIO password" field with valid new password => Fill in the "Confirm FOLIO password" field with the same repeated valid new password => Leave "Current FOLIO password" blank ==>> "Save" button is inactive
