Pre-condition: 

• Landing page contains lists with "Active" status

• User is on the "Lists" landing page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Bugfest env.

2. Click on any of the active lists.

3. Click "Actions" -> "Edit list".

4. Change the status from "Active" to "Inactive".

Expected Results: ??

Actual Results:  

• Record last updated date: Unknown

• Source: Unknown user

The problem is actual on all our environments.
