PLACEHOLDER
For any given resource description, there will always be components defined in the profile that don’t have values. The scope of this card is to factor that into display logic, so that catalogers have the option to limit the display of the Work entity and Instance entity to only the components that have values.
The rationale for this feature is to help with readability.
The cataloger will always have the option of adding components to the resource description, even when the component is missing from this view.
NOTE: Not all catalogers will want to use this feature. Where a component has no value, some catalogers prefer to include the component in the display so that they can decide whether to populate it with a value or not.
