Can't create new item record.

Path to error:
1) Click "Items" from module list
2) Click "New"
3) Enter item data
4) Click "Create item"

Now we can't create a new item in the inventory module ( see UIIN-53 )

Well, the easy answer is to grab item barcodes from inventory for the checkout test. Why don't we just do away with ui-items and I'll adjust the tests accordingly.

The main reason for keeping ui-items around is that the checkout/checkin tests go to ui-item for item barcode samples.

Would be good if ui-testing had features for grabbing such test data outside of any UI modules so we could avoid such dependencies.

Yep, items is going a way so let's disable the test instead of fixing this.
