Apply navigationCheck to all Items forms

Description

All instances of redux form should be changed to use stripes-form and navigationCheck should be set to true

Acceptance criteria: When this is complete, the unsaved changes modal will be triggered as specified in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/LIBAPP-177#icft=LIBAPP-177 on the following pages:

Item details (create and edit)
Settings > Items > Material types
Settings > Items > Loan types

Manually tested in http://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/ version @folio/items 1.7.100160, using Chrome.

All looks good, and I'll close the issue as done.

I stole them from Jeremy since it seemed like relatively straightforward stuff that I would be unlikely to screw up since I'm still getting my sea legs with this project.
