Sorting on material-type should be by MT name, not ID

At present, it's only possible to sort by material-type ID, as discussed in UIT-28.

Sounds good, thanks! Shame we have no machine-readable way of documenting the CQL support, but I guess that is a luxury we can easily enough live without.

Manually tested in FOLIO test http://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/items/view/1aa74c28-44dc-4376-b0ea-bc1a1bb841a6?sort=-Material%20Type%2Ctitle version @folio/items 1.7.100161 depends on: material-types 2.0, using Chrome.

Sorting on material-type looks good. I'll close the issue as done.

Following the conversation about interface versions, I bumped item-storage to version 3.1 and inventory to version 2.1 to reflect that the CQL indexes have expanded (this is only a comment in the interface description, as I don't really know another way of describing it).
