Instance record. Status updated date does not populate in detailed view
Description
Overview: The Status date updated time stamp does not populate, when changing the Instance status. Usecase: A number of libraries use the status update date as a trigger for knowing: 1) that the instance needs to be exported or 2) that the instance has been upgraded since the last export and should not be overlaid by an incoming import.
Steps to reproduce:
Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to inventory
Go to any instance record, with Instance status term, e.g. Other (folio: other)
Then change the Instance status to e.g. Catalogued (folio:cat)
Expected result: The Status updated date element, get's updated to today's date, and the accurate timestamp
Actual result: The date and time for update is not populated in the Status updated date element
Manual test in FOLIO Snapshot version @folio/inventory 1.13.1000723, using Chome.
All is working as expected. Thanks @Bohdan Suprun and @Matt Connolly, I'll close the ticket.

Hi @Charlotte Whitt,
Back-end has been fixed, you can proceed with verification.
Thanks, Bohdan

Hi All,
Spotted a small bug on backend, it sends timestamp without Z at the end, it seems, this causes that UI uses local browser time zone in this case, will commit a fix now.
Thanks @Volodymyr Rohach in advising on this.

Hi All,
Since we agreed on refinement that breaking changes for back-end will be processed as separate task, we still have an ability to update the status updated date field through API. This will be resolved once we make the field read only (MODINVSTOR-388).
