    • When viewing an instance record in detailed view

    • All elements are displayed, with or without data

    • Then there is set a dash '-' to represent in a consistent manner that there is no data in the element

Hi if the holdings accordion has no item data, it should be collapsed (which is consistent behavior as all other empty accordions).

Please note currently - if I 'unfold' an empty Holdings accordion, then I get dashes in an item record, which does not exist! That seams to be a newly introduced bug:

Hi Tested on folio-snapshot. All looks fine to me.

There's some conversation in the Slack Coreteam channel about whether the Holdings accordion in the Instance detail record should be closed or open when blank. Since this story indicates it should be closed, if it should be open, please create a new story for that. Thank you!

Hi - yes al empty fields displayed are expected to be displayed with a dash.
As you can see in my description 3. Senario, then: When an accordion has only empty data elements - marked with a dash,
Then the accordion by default is to be collapsed.
Thanks much.

Hi Could you check this one? For example, is there supposed to be a blank series statement showing on the view details record, even though there is no series? I'm thinking it should only show if someone has pressed the "add series" button, but am not sure.

Thank you!
