Description

Purpose: To filter records toggled: Previously held

User story:
As a FOLIO cataloger I want to filter on records which has been toggled with: Previously held.

Scenarios:

  1. Scenario:

  2. Scenario

    • When unfold then you see

    • Previously held (Yes/No checkboxes)

  3. Scenario:

    • When clicking on Previously held (Yes)

    • Then the search result will displayed instance records marked as previously held

  4. Scenario:

    • When clicking on Previously (No)

    • Then the search result will displayed instance records not marked as previously held

We are actively using Previously Held in our tenant (Wellesley College, live June 2022).  HathiTrust asks for a report on previously held titles that were withdrawn from our collection during the year.  According to HathiTrust: "We count withdrawn items as holdings. We use this data to provide lawful access to in-copyright materials in your collection, including the Emergency Temporary Access Service."

Currently, we have a work around using an Instance status of Previously Held in order to find these records in the UI, but this is not what we want to do long term.

I blocked this because I could not find a way to search for it via mod-search

Given this is now blocked, module releases are underway for Orchid, and the team are being dissolved at end the of Orchid, I've removed this from the Sprint, unassigned it from and removed the release.
