Can't remove temporary loan type

Description

Steps to repro:

  1. Log into folio-snapshot

  2. Go to inventory and find an item record

  3. Edit the item

  4. Select a temporary loan type and save

  5. Edit the item again

  6. Try to deselect the temporary loan type so you can revert to the permanent one

Expected: Should be possible

Actual: Impossible to do
