Was able to reproduce on snapshot too.

Steps

1. Go to "https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com"

2. Login with provided details "folio23/testio"

3. Click on the "Inventory" tab

4. Select the "Computer Program" filter

5. Select the user "Testing Purpose"

6. Scroll down the page and click on the "View Holding"

7. Click on the edit icon

8. Select the checkbox of "Suppress from discovery"

9. Click on the save and close button

10. Again click on the edit icon and observe the checkbox of "Suppress from discovery"

Expected result

The checkbox of "Suppress from discovery" should be shown as selected when the user has been selected and save it.

Actual result

The user opens the edit section of the view holding and mark the checkbox of "Suppress from discovery", open again edit section by clicking on the edit icon then the checkbox of "Suppress from discovery" will not as selected even the user has been selected and save the details.
