Basic Search: Search by Identifier doesn't support right truncation

Overview: Search by Identifier partial value doesn't return results (bug verified in Washington DC, Search Bugfest, Clover environment, Q2 2019).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot (http://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com) and go to Inventory

2. Select "Identifer" in the Basic "Search" box in 1st pane.

3. Enter "97802620121*"

Expected result:
Get all records matching '97802620121' including the correct one (Identifier: 9780262012102)

Actual result:
No results and following error message is shown: "ERROR: in module @folio/inventory, operation GET on resource 'records' failed, saying: org.folio.cql2pgjson.exception.QueryValidationException: CQL: only right truncation supported"

Out of scope:
1) Separate bug reports filed for:

• ISBN

• ISSN
  2) support of identifiers having parenthesis, brackets etc.
