Display order of Statistical codes different in Settings vs instance edit dropdown

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. In one tab, go to Settings -> Inventory -> Instances, holdings, items -> Statistical code types
2. In another tab, go to Inventory, open an instance in Edit mode and click to add Statistical code
3. Compare the list of statistical codes types in Settings and in the instance dropdown for Statistical code

Expected results:
You see the list ordered alphabetic by the statistical code types: ARL, DISC, RECM, and SERM,
and the terms for each code are listed in a logic order.

Actual result:
In Settings, the statistical codes are ordered by Statistical code code. In the dropdown, statistical codes are ordered by Statistical code type.

I do not know which order is better, but it seems confusing to have _different _ set orders in different places. CW - I updated this bug description a bit. Please also see my comments below (5/21/2019)

Manual test in FOLIO snapshot, version @folio/inventory 1.9.1000507, using Chrome.

Looking fine. I'll close the ticket as done.

Hi and , as a result of the conversation in slack we agreed that the applicable result of the story would be the order presented on the image below.

The result is already available on the testing-snapshot env. Please check it out.

Hi - please be aware that there are two different Settings list in play here:

Settings > Inventory > Instances, holdings, items

  • Statistical codes

  • Statistical code types

The implementation in the UI, which we see right now, is only partial; while we wait for the component to do two way look up - see: UXPROD-1420.

For now - we must make sure, that the order seam natural for the eye, and that would be 'alphabetic order' - so RECM ... needs to be ordered after DISC ... and before SERM ... and for each code category, we should add the statistical code in alphabetically order.
