ECS | "Version history" pane is empty for Shared FOLIO Instance when opened from Member tenant

Description

Overview: "Version history" pane of Shared FOLIO Instance is empty when user view it from Member tenant.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Authorize as admin on ECS environment

  2. Switch active affiliation to “Member” tenant

  3. Go to “Inventory” app

  4. Find and open detail view pane of Shared FOLIO Instance which has multiple versions

  5. Click on “Version history” button.

Expected result: Multiple versions (“Cards”) display in opened “Version history” pane.
Actual result: “Version history” pane is empty.
Looks like this happens because, GET request to “Audit log” API for Shared Folio Instance record is sent to Member tenant instead of Central tenant.
