ECS | Existing Locations are not displayed in "Effective location (item)" facet

Description

Overview: Only several locations (created/updated by user) display in “Effective location (item)” facet in Search and Browse

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Authorize as admin on https://folio-etesting-sprint-cs00000int.ci.folio.org/

  2. Go to “Inventory” >> “Browse”

  3. Select “Call numbers (all)” browse option

  4. Browse for any call number

  5. Open DevTools

  6. Expand “Effective location (item)” facet

Expected result: Number of found locations displayed in expanded facet match with number of locations in response of GET “/search/call-numbers/facets”
Actual result: Only 2 locations (updated/created by user) are displayed in expanded facet.
