BF | ECS | Instance details screen with consortial holdings and items twitching when opened

Description

When user opened the instance with consortial details, the instance details pane starts to twitch, especially consortial holdings accordion

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to “Inventory” application on Central tenant

  2. Find and select any instance with consortial holdings and items

  3. Open the Instance details

Expected result:

Instance is opened without any twitching

Actual result:

Instance details start to twitch
