ECS | Eureka | - Update ownership is not working on member tenants

Description

When user try to select member holding/item and go to “Actions” menu to update ownership “Update ownership” option is not present

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Member tenant

  2. Go to “Inventory” application

  3. Find any shared instance with holdings from this member tenant (can use “Held by” filter

  4. Click “View holdings” button

  5. Click “Actions” menu

Expected result:

“Update ownership” option is present

Actual result:

“Update ownership” option is not present
