Background:

The ‘Move items within an instance’ action is only designed for use with Instances on the currently affiliated tenant. As such, this action should only be displayed if an Instance has Holdings & Items is available on the member tenant that a user currently affiliated with during their session.

Request:

• Disallow display of ‘Move items within an instance’ action if no Holdings & Items are available for a given Instance on the currently affiliated tenant.

• e.g. If a user is currently affiliated to ‘University’, and a Instance only has Holdings & Items under the ‘College’ tenant (as shown under the Consortial Holdings accordion), then the ‘Move items within an instance’ action should NOT display.
