Cannot create or import MARC holdings record

Description

Overview: Cannot create or import MARC holdings record

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/ as User with following permissions:

    1. quickMARC: Create a new MARC holdings record

    2. Inventory: All permissions

  2. Open "Inventory" app

  3. Click on the "Source" accordion button

  4. Check thе "MARC" checkbox in expanded accordion

  5. Click on the name of any found record in second pane to open its detail view

  6. In detail view, click "Actions" → select "+Add MARC holdings record" option

  7. Fill "852" filed with valid value for location (ex.: "$b E")

  8. Click "Save & close"

Expected Results: QuickMARC window is closed. Success notification shown. Detail view of selected Instance is shown in third pane with added Holdings

Actual Results: QuickMARC window remains opened. Success notification shown. Also, error notification shown (see screencast). Holdings not added to Instance

Also, MARC Holdings records cannot be imported via Data import app (logs show the same error as shown in the screencast for one of the requests)

Tested on https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/,  https://folio-testing-cypress-diku.ci.folio.org/ - works as expected

MARC Holdings record can be added to MARC bib in UI or via Data import:

I have been told that Folijet actually fixed this, but the fix is not on environments yet because there is an issue with building build-platform-complete-snapshot. So I guess we will have to wait until Snapshot is built properly. I will keep this ticket open until fix is verified

but UI is not passings holdingsItems in this case. This is a status response when creating a MARC record, so there's something in Data Import process I think that uses these fields
