Overview: Bug found during Bugfest test https://foliotest.testrail.io/index.php?/tests/view/1954801 by . The issue is that in a filter the +More button is not displayed if it has been used before and the filter has been reset by the X next to the filter name.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO Bugfest environment as User X with Inventory permissions

2. Click the +More button in the language filter

3. Now select any of the displayed languages, e.g. French

4. Click the X next to the language filter

Expected Results:

• The language filter is being reset

• The +More button is displayed

Actual Results:

The +More button is no longer displayed. This behavior is also present in other filters like resource type, format, effective location (item), material type

Additional Information:

This does not work in Poppy Bugfest environment, but works in FOLIO Snapshot.
